Holy Family Parish Social Ministry

In various ways Holy Family Parish supports several outreach projects, including Morristown Soup Kitchen, Morris Country Battered Women's Shelter, Morris County Homeless Shelter, Cheshire Home, and on a diocesan level, the Father English Community Center and Straight and Narrow. The volunteer group administers our food pantry, organizes volunteers for
preparing food and serving the homeless in Morristown, and organizes special food drives at Thanksgiving and Christmas. The volunteers also organize the Christmas toy and mitten tree and a baby shower for unwed mothers in the spring. In addition,
volunteer parishioners minister to local needy families and individuals on a one to one basis with food and material resources.
