Holy Family Parish Nursing Ministry

This is a group of volunteers made up of nurses, physicians, social workers, emergency medical technicians, teachers, artists, etc.
who are dedicated to assisting all members of the Holy Family community to achieve and maintain their optimum level of
spiritual, emotional, and physical health. Services include:
Health counseling, nursing assessment of needs, visitation to the homebound and to nursing homes, nutritional support, transportation, support during times of bereavement, health screening, education programs, and referrals
to community and professional resources.
